An experienced evaluator of behavioral health programming and initiatives. She is proficient in qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods to meet the needs of funders and decision-makers. This is complemented by working directly with state and community partners to develop and sustain organizational data infrastructures. Central to this work is building individual and organizational capacity for culturally responsive practices.
